Stout Cask finished ex-Bourbon cask

Our Island Coast single malt single cask ex-Bourbon cask whisky. Finished in one of our 50L bourbon barrels which had housed Hopfields Brewery stout for 6-months.

A perfect winter dram, rich with our typical ex-Bourbon cask whisky notes of brown sugar and caramel, baked spices, toasted nuts and vanilla. Combining beautifully with Hopfields Brewery stout characteristics of rich, roasted malt flavours, delivering a delightful mix of dark chocolate, coffee, and a touch of caramel - all ideally suited to our ex-bourbon cask whisky. 

Hopfields Stout is a big cozy hug of velvety smoothness married perfectly with our Whisky.

Available in 500ml bottles at 42% ABV.
