Sami Release - single malt single cask whisky

The "Sami Release" is in honour of my daughter, Sami Pinner, turning 18 in October 2025.

An inspiring young lady with determination, ambition, ethics, intelligence, resilience, who is caring and thoughtful, with heart and beauty.

A limited Tasmanian single malt single cask lightly peated whisky, matured in a 30L French Oak ex-Sherry (Pedro Ximenex - PX) cask for 3-years at 63.34% ABV.

Now bottled with Tasmanian rainwater and filtered to 46% ABV, with rich notes of toffee, sultanas, honey & dates. 500ml with only 88 bottles.
