Island Coast Whisky (ex-Port cask) - Lydia Release

This "Lydia Release" is a limited release Tasmanian single malt single cask whisky, a French Oak ex-Port cask.  Filled at 63.42% and will be Tasmanian rainwater filtered down to 45%. With cherry on the nose, and a mix of caramel and toffee on the palate.

The Lydia Release is designed to be a "Women's Whisky", and like Lydia herself, it is strong, resilient, smooth, proud, stands on its on legs, is not subtle, with a touch of stubbornness - all in one.
