Island Coast Spirits Ginger Rum

A very limited and special release. Our Island Coast Spirits 'Ginger Rum'.

This 20L barrel initially held Bourbon. The Rum spirit was distilled to an initial 65% ABV and then went into the barrel and matured with Tasmanian grown organic ginger root. 

You will enjoy the soft sweet taste of world award winning Island Coast Rum, a hint of Bourbon characteristics with a touch of vanilla, and a zesty tingle of ginger.

In 700ml bottles at 40% ABV and only 45 bottles available at $135 per bottle.

Once matured and to bring the Rum from 65% to 40% ABV we use pristine Tasmanian rainwater.
