Island Coast Butterfly Pea Flower Gin

Hand crafted and small batch distilled with pristine Tasmanian water in an environment of the freshest of fresh air on the planet. Using ‘Butterfly Pea Flower’ to give it a purple appearance, we then add fresh lemon peel, locally grown mulberries and Tasmanian lavender.

While this style of Gin is not unique, the uniqueness for us is using locally grown organic mulberries, organic lemon peel, and Tasmanian lavender, which blends perfectly with the juniper and buttlerfly pea flower. If adding a tonic, the colour of the drink will change to pink – while not losing its bold flavour due to our choosing of the botanicals used.

Bottled at 40% ABV. Available in 700ml and 200ml bottles.
