200ml Island Coast Whisky limited release
For a very limited time, and with limited numbers, we have in 200ml bottles an 4-year old French Oak ex-Port cask single malt single cask whisky. Filtered from cask strength to 46% using Tasmanian rain-water, the purest rain-water in the world in an environment of the freshest air.
A sweet nose, with an aroma of raisins.
With a full-bodied taste, with notes of dried fruits you'd find in a fruit cake, a touch of nuttiness, cherry ripe, with a hint of caramel.
With a finish of toffee, nuts and dates.
You won't find too many Tasmanian single malt single cask whiskies in 200ml bottles. But being a single cask specialist, we love to be a little different.
