Island Coast Spirits presents our Butterfly Pea Flower Gin out now for a limited time.
Hand crafted, small batch distilled Using ‘Butterfly Pea Flower’ for it's purple appearance, we then add fresh lemon peel, locally grown mulberries and Tasmanian lavender which blends perfectly with the juniper and buttlerfly pea flower. If adding a tonic, the colour of the drink will change to pink – while not losing its bold flavour due to our choosing of the botanicals used.
